Unai Iribarren was born in Spain in 1973. He is a fashion and beauty photographer with a passion for perfection and the mysteries of light. In his mid-twenties his interest in travel and discovery took him to Tokyo where he chose photography as a creative form of personal expression. Beginning his photography incursion experimenting with urban landscapes and portraits, he took part in numerous collaborations with local photographers on fashion projects. It was then that he attracted the attention of magazines and various advertising agencies.

In 2006 he moved to Shanghai where he continues to shoot for numerous media productions while exploring new photography scopes.

Unai Iribarren’s commercial and magazine clients include Mizuno, Sephora, Samsung, DHC, Rexona, Elle, Vision, Tasaki, Toto and others. Some of his powerful landscape shots have been published by Sportswear International and Abitare magazines.
